in YouTube showing the glowing fish that originated
in Taiwan in 2001. These fish are products of
genetic engineering wherein fluorescent proteins
from jellyfish were introduced into ordinary fish to
make their organs easier to study. The
fluorescent proteins made not just the organs glow,
but the entire fish itself, resulting in this
extraordinary looking fish.
